Biography
Chad Olson was born Chad Christopher Olson in Walnut Creek, CA. His inspiration to become an actor began to surface when he was just 4 years old. He enrolled at Judy Berlin's Kid's on Camera, Film and Acting School in San Francisco CA when he was 6, where he participated in TV acting classes and talent showcases. Chad gives credit to his training at KOC with developing essential communication skills and confidence during the various workshops which he participated in.
Chad started High School in Pleasanton, CA, and decided to put acting on hold for a few years to focus on school work and school activities. He moved to San Diego just after graduation to study Political Science and Film at Cal State University San Marcos. While going to school, he signed with a San Diego talent agency and began auditioning immediately. After booking various print jobs, he landed his first TV role as Officer Windell on the short-lived night time soap Desire. Shortly after that he went on to book a small role in the indie film 3 Ways to Sunday.
After graduation and earning his degree in Political Science and Film, Chad moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of becoming a working actor and model. He signed with a few local agencies, booking modeling work and print campaigns which include work for Monte Carlo, Samsung, Verizon, LG, Mastercard, University of Phoenix and Bayer, as well as, an international modeling opportunity shot on location in Cape Town, South Africa for Yuri Arcurs Photography.
Most recently he joined the cast of the extremely popular web-series Steam Room Stories now on the GWIST youtube channel. Chad also studied at Brian Reise Acting Studios for a few years prior to his current studies at Ivana Chubbuck Studios. Chad is currently in production on the indie film Greenlit.
